1.) If you are installing Event Analyst to a Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 system, the program is dependent on version 2.5 or greater of the Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC 2.5). Here are two download links to MDAC version 2.5:

Note: Windows 2000 does not require an MDAC installation, as MDAC 2.5 is built into the OS.

2.) Event Analyst was designed to run on Microsoft Windows NT Workstation/Server 4.0 SP3+ or Microsoft Windows 2000 (Professional or Server). In the interest of data conversion performance on Windows NT 4.0, it is best to install Event Analyst to a workstation or member server, NOT a domain controller.
